Prisoner & Cargo Partitions
As Central and Northern New Yorks largest Setina distributor, we offer a multitude of options when it comes to vehicle partitions and cargo partitions. At BUSH Electronics, our experienced team can help your choose the right option and install it properly. Setina's partitions are compatible both side and curtain airbags.
When it comes to officer and passenger safety,
accept no substitutions;
Prisoner Illumination Lighting
A standard safety feature at BUSH, prisoner illumination lighting keeps the prisoner compartment well illuminated, allowing officers to check for contraband and maintain situational awareness.
Single Prisoner Transport System
Setina's Single Prisoner system offers a modified front partition which gives an enclosed prisoner compartment and an open spacious compartment behind the driver. This partition system is great for departments who often may ride with more than 2 officers or agencies that offer courtesy transports.
This system requires a rear cargo partition.
Shown [left] is a single system with the modifyed XL [Extra Legroom] front partition, dual weapon mount and rear cargo partition. Although shown is an expanded metal cargo partition, at BUSH, our standard is polycarbonate.
Also available for this configuartion is a single plastic transporter seat.
Standard Prisoner Partition
Setina's standard partitions are available for all major PPV make and models on todays market. With the new suspended design the partition is suspended from the "b" pillar. Because of the suspended design, there is no need for mounting feet and allows for features such as the "XL" design.
As a standard, BUSH offers the XL [extra leg room] paritition with a polycarbonate window, although other models are available depending on your budget.
The XL design offers nearly 4 inches of extra leg room to the rear passenger side prisoner compartment. Although more room for the bad guy isn't a great sell, the idea of getting them inside faster and safer is.
All standard partitions are available with a weapons recess cutout, either built into the unit, as the case with the XL line, or with a cutout which can be done with new units or done as a retro kit to exsiting units. Each weapon recess is capable of holding two weapons.
